This aerosol filling machine is designed in one table with a set of liquid filling, valve fixing, crimping,and gas filling respectively.It is anti-explosion and safe for operating because of its complete pneumatic running system.The acrylic safety protection shield can protect the operators from danger risk. Besides, the automatic pneumatic cans pushing mechanism relieves the operator much from hard work. The valve fixing mechanism can correct the valve so to ensure 100% good crimping. The mobile wheels feet makes it easy to move the machine.The production capacity can reach to 1200-1500 cans per hour. However, if customers have individual requests for the production capacity, this aerosol filling machine can be customized according to different requirements.
